Non-Competitive Gymnastics in Ogden
Why a non-competitive gymnastics facility? We love gymnastics and want everyone to have an opportunity to learn the sport. Being non-competitive allows us to focus on helping all gymnasts learn their tricks, without the stress of competing. We work at providing a positive environment by instructing with encouraging words.
Classes
Our classes are unique in that we limit the size of our classes. Parent and Tot classes have a maximum of 9 students, 3-year-olds are limited to 5 students, while 4- and 5-year-olds are limited to 6 students. Classes for students 6 years old and above are limited to 8 students. Our goal is to keep students active, and the coaches engaged. By using drills, spotted stations and making sure the classes are on set rotations, we get the students to all the events. Facility
Equipped with all the gymnastics equipment. We have a full-sized spring floor. As well as 8 balance beams, 2 sets of quad bars, uneven bars, single bar, ring tower, parallel bars, pommel horse, mushroom trainer, vault, vault training mat, 40-foot trampoline, spotting, and training mats. Including a separate floor for the preschool obstacle course. We have a large waiting area for families, including toys for siblings. Also a small pro shop for your attire needs. (We require athletic clothing only)
Coaches
Our coaches have been selected not only for their ability to coach gymnastics, but for their personal interest in gymnastics themselves. Our coaches are all CPR/first aid certified and background checked. We have ongoing training for the coaches. We not only collaborate with our coaches on gymnastics, but also help them to connect with the gymnasts. Not all students learn the same way, so we use different teaching styles to help all students to achieve their skills.
Party Room Rental
We rent out our facility for birthday parties. You get the whole place to yourself. We provide coaches to oversee the gymnastics area. The party room is large, close to 800 square feet.
Open gym
What is an Open Gym’s like at Inspire Gymnastics? We like to have fun; it’s free time in the gym – practice your tricks or build a fort. We will play some games. Let’s do a craft. Grab your pillow/blanket or favorite stuffy and let’s watch a movie. It’s a fun place for the kids, parents go enjoy yourselves. We have at least one coach for every 10 kids in the gym.
